GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We work exclusively on the basis of the latest version of the Allgemeinen Deutschen Spediteurbedingungen (ADSp).
Note: The ADSp deviate from the law in Section 23 with regard to the maximum amount of liability for damage to goods (§ 431 HGB) by limiting liability to 2 SDR/kg in the case of multimodal transport including sea transport and in the case of an unknown place of damage, and by limiting the normal liability of 8.33 SDR/kg to an additional EUR 1.25 million per claim and EUR 2.5 million per claim, but at least 2 SDR/kg.
If the ADSp do not apply in individual cases - e.g. in the case of heavy or large-volume transports - the latest version of the AGB-BSK Crane and Transports shall automatically apply. Biberach shall be the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all present and future claims arising from the business relationship.
